ZLGJ-50F is an ordinary type vacuum freeze dryer, specially designed for small-to-medium batch production and scientific research experiments. It adopts an integrated structure with air-cooled efficient refrigeration andnatural defrosting maintenance technology, matched with Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control system and high-quality low-viscosity silicone oil circulation heat conduction. Equipped with 0.6㎡ freeze-drying area, 4+1 layers of patented internal welding shelves, the minimum temperature of the condenser is ≤-75℃, and the water capture capacity is >8Kg. It strictly complies with GMP, GB/T5226.1-1996 standards, and is a cost-effective and easy-to-operate core equipment in biopharmaceutical, food processing, and scientific research fields, suitable for GMP compliant batch production and laboratory sample preparation.

1. Air-Cooled Efficient Refrigeration, Stable and Energy-Saving

Adopting two imported TECUMSEH full-closed compressors from France, one for shelf indirect refrigeration and the other for condenser direct refrigeration, with environmental protection refrigerant. The air-cooled cooling method is adopted, which is easy to install without additional water cooling equipment, saving installation space and operation costs. The temperature drop speed of the condenser is fast, which can drop from +20℃ to -40℃ within 30 minutes, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the freeze-drying process.

2. Natural Defrosting, Convenient Operation and Maintenance

The condenser adopts a cylindrical compact design, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with strong ice capture capacity and easy cleaning. It adopts natural defrosting mode, which is simple to operate, no need for manual intervention, and avoids the risk of cross-contamination caused by manual defrosting. The condenser can capture more than 8Kg of ice, which can fully meet the water capture needs of small-to-medium batch production.

3. Multi-Specification Vial Compatibility, High Production Efficiency

Equipped with 4+1 layers of shelves (with a radiation layer), the shelf spacing is 70mm, and the effective shelf size is 365mm×485mm. It is compatible with ¢12 (2ml), ¢16 (5ml), ¢22 (10ml) vials, with loading capacities of ≥4246, ≥2388, and ≥1263 respectively. It can efficiently complete the freeze-drying production of various specifications of materials, and the shelf temperature difference is ≤±1℃ when balanced, ensuring uniform freeze-drying effect of materials.

4. Integrated Compact Structure, Easy Transportation and Placement

The whole machine adopts an integrated structure, with overall dimensions of about 960×785×1450mm and a weight of about 447Kg, which is small in size and easy to transport and place. The body is made of high-quality materials, with polyurethane foam insulation, good thermal insulation effect, and can effectively reduce energy consumption. The acrylic door is convenient for observing the freeze-drying process of materials in real time.

5. Compliant and Durable, Cost-Controllable

The drying chamber and shelves are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.6μm, which is easy to clean and disinfect, meeting GMP compliance requirements.
