2.Laboratory Freeze Dryers

These units deliver a minimum condenser temperature of -60°C and an ultimate vacuum down to 1 Pa, with freeze-drying areas ranging from 0.1 ㎡ to 0.5 ㎡. Equipped with an automatic control system, users can manage freeze-drying protocols, record data and track experimental processes. Widely used in R&D of proteins, peptides, exosomes, diagnostic reagents, cosmetics and new materials, the series has broad research applications.
3.Pilot Freeze Dryers
Developed to meet demands for process development and production scale-up, Geliss pilot freeze dryers feature in-situ silicone oil temperature control technology. The shelf temperature ranges from -45°C to +65°C with precise temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C. The equipment supports storage and automatic execution of freeze-drying process formulas, fully satisfying pharmaceutical manufacturers’ requirements for process validation, production scaling and quality control.
