Shipping and Delivery Policy
-

Geliss is committed to providing reliable and transparent international shipping services for freeze dryers and industrial equipment to customers worldwide.

  • (1). Shipping Methods and Ports

Shipping Options: We offer flexible shipping methods, including sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and land transport (depending on specific circumstances).

Port of Departure: Major Chinese ports (e.g., Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen), determined by customer requirements or shipping schedules.

Trade Terms: We support standard international trade terms, including FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW, and can provide DDP/DAP terms upon customer request.

(2). Production and Delivery Lead Times

Standard Models (e.g., small-to-medium commercial freeze dryers): The production lead time is typically 10–15 working days after receipt of the deposit.

Custom/Industrial-Grade Equipment: Delivery lead times range from 30 to 60 working days, depending on technical specifications and custom configurations.

Transit Time: Shipping duration varies by destination port (e.g., Southeast Asia: 5–10 days; South America/Latin America: 35–45 days; Europe/Middle East: 30–40 days).

    (3). Packaging and Inspection

All equipment is packed in export-standard wooden crates (fumigation-free) with moisture-proof and shock-proof measures to ensure safe transport.

Before shipment, we conduct comprehensive quality checks, video inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
-

Given the specialized nature of industrial machinery, custom specifications, and high shipping costs, Geliss strictly adheres to international B2B machinery trade practices.

  • (1). Return and Order Cancellation Policy

Non-returnable/Non-refundable: All our freeze dryers and equipment are industrial products manufactured on demand. Once an order is confirmed, production has commenced, or goods have been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, unless there is a verified, irreparable manufacturing defect.

Non-refundable Deposit: Once raw material procurement and production work have begun, the production deposit is non-refundable. (2) Warranty and Spare Parts Replacement

Although we do not accept product returns, we provide comprehensive warranty services and spare parts support to ensure the smooth operation of your equipment:

12-Month Quality Warranty: We offer a one-year (12-month) warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship; the warranty period commences on the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or the date of machine installation.

Free Spare Parts Replacement: During the warranty period, provided the damage was not caused by improper operation, we will replace core components or defective parts free of charge and ship them via express courier.

Lifetime Technical Support: We provide ongoing online technical guidance, troubleshooting, and remote video assistance; even after the warranty expires, we continue to supply spare parts at factory cost.

    (3). Damage During Transit

Customers must inspect all packaging upon receipt. If damage to the outer packaging occurs during transit, please take photos or videos immediately and report the issue to both the carrier and our service team within 48 hours to facilitate an insurance claim.

Geliss offers secure and flexible payment solutions for international B2B transactions.
