The ZLGJ-18 laboratory-grade freeze dryer rapidly freezes samples at low temperatures and then dries them in a vacuum environment, maintaining a sponge-like, non-shrinking state with excellent rehydration properties. Equipped with four 240mm material trays (70mm spacing between trays), this experimental freeze dryer supports freeze drying of various containers such as ampoules, vials, glass flasks, and plasma bottles, with a freeze-drying area of 0.18㎡ and a cold trap temperature as low as -60℃ (optional -80℃). It can capture 6KG of water per batch. Operating at ≤55dB with built-in independent pre-freezing, one-button defrosting, maintenance reminders, and vacuum alarm functions, it is a cost-effective choice for universities, biological research institutions, food R&D laboratories, and quality control centers to achieve stable and universal batch freeze drying of samples.
